Sustainable Greater New Bedford

Sizeable amounts of commercial and industrial waste streams enter the Greater New Bedford Regional Refuse Management District's landfill and the New Bedford Wastewater Treatment Plant. Working with the Chamber of Commerce's SGNB Committee, our goal is to promote sustainable practices in business and industry. TRTG continues to identify technologies – resource recovery systems – to recover materials, reduce costs, and increase productivity while extending the life of the area's waste disposal facilities.
